Issue 61

It's almost here---our IN PERSON meeting!  As previously announced, we are meeting "live" on May 5 at 10 am at Maitland Community Park (see below for specific location information.)  We are so excited to see you, share some show and tell items, and just spend time together.

Remember to wear your name tag!

And we do ask that you wear a mask, for the comfort and safety of all our members.  Even though the world is opening up again (yay!), please keep in mind that this may be the first large-ish gathering many of our members are attending, and masks and social distancing will help us all get used to being together again.

Thanks in advance for your understanding!  We'll be back on Zoom for June and July as we have some really fun and interesting guest speakers visiting us and then we'll keep you posted for our plans after that.  In the meantime, email the guild, or any Board member, if you have questions about this month's meeting.  CAN'T WAIT to see you all!!

The Orlando Modern Quilt Guild is
meeting in person
this month !

Wednesday, May 5
10:00  am

Maitland Community Park

1400 Mayo Ave, Maitland , FL

Please be sure to bring your show and tell items from the Caroline Oneto Curves and Transparencies class also!

* Maitland Community Park is very large, with plenty of parking available as well as nice restrooms .  There will be balloons and a sign to designate the pavilion to make it easier to find !
