Jacquie Gering Workshop - Day One

Our guild was fortunate to host the talented Jacquie Gering of Tallgrass Prairie Studio for two full days of workshops. On Friday Jacquie taught her Piecing Hexagons by Machine class.  It was a real treat seeing her hexagon quilts up close and personal.

Jacquie is a great teacher and her method of machine piecing hexagons is brilliant.  She also taught a quick method for cutting hexies.  Once members practiced machine stitching the hexagons, we got busy cutting our own hexagons and designing layouts.
